まず、この185問はわりと古い問題なので、直近の過去問とは被らないと思う。
TOEFLライティングが求めているエッセイの書き方や、アイディア出しの練習に慣れるためのリソースとして活用しよう。
使い方は本当に人それぞれなので、準備期間にもよるし、現時点の英語力にもよるし、学習スタイルにもよる。
もし時間の余裕があって、英作文にそれほど慣れていなくて、丁寧に勉強して着実に伸びていきたいのであれば、1日1問書いて、サンプルエッセイを研究してみよう！
ライティングのお題は1回しっかり書いたらOKだよ。しっかり書いたとは、書くだけでなく、書いてからの作業が大事！Chaoyi先生が教えている構成になっているのかを確認したり、文法や単語のミスはGrammarlyでチェックしたり、サンプルエッセイのアイディアと見比べたりして自分の改善点を見つけて、次回のエッセイで反映していこう。

ニャンコ先生のおかげでリーディングは16から22に上がりました！またライティングも19 まで上がりました！ありがとうございます！！
ライティングではタイピングはだいぶ速くなってきたのですが、independent では文字を稼ぐほど文章を速く正確に作れません。またその遅さが影響してかspeakingでは上手く話せず点数が思うように伸ないです、合計は76取れたのに対して12しか取れませんでした…
今までは毎日一問はライティングして添削してもらい、単語の置き換えに重点を置いて勉強していました。
speakingも１日1問時間を図って話してその後納得がいく文章を言えるまで何度も話したりしていました。
あと1ヶ月でwriting20点を超えたいので（目標はwriting23点、speaking19点、readingとlisteningは25 くらいとりたいです！！）アドバイスをお願いしたいです。

こんにちは、実力が確実についてきているのは素晴らしいね！私のおかげではなく、きゅりおしてぃさんご自身の努力の結果だね！
ライティングは、20点〜23点程度まではテンプレで構成を整えて、間違えを減らすこと、Integrated Taskはリスニング内容をしっかり反映させれば、取れないスコアではないよ！一方でより上を目指す場合はボキャブラリー・表現力や内容のロジックも大切になるので、目標点数によりやるべき対策は変わってくるので注意してね！
Sはゆっくりはっきり話すこと、時間内いっぱい話すことを心がけるだけでも、15点ぐらいまでは行きやすいよ。もちろん19点まで伸ばす場合はリスニング内容を正確に反映させたり、自分の論点をある程度支えられるような話し方も大切になってくる。
RとLはTOEFLの基礎なので、TOEFL対策だけでなく、根本的な英語力を伸ばすための努力を続けてほしい！
もう一つ聞きたいことがあります！
今公式の本三冊を五周と、中国のtpoを一周しています。公式のリーディングとリスニングの問題はどんなにとき直して復習しても7から８割くらいしか取れていません
新しいものは買わずにまた一周したいと思っていますがその方がいいでしょうか。
これも先ほど言ったように、TOEFLは本質的には英語力の試験なので、TOEFL対策だけやると限界がある。
一番重要なのは、多読・精読・多聴・精聴の組み合わせで根本的な英語力を向上させること。
いまきゅりおしてぃさんはR/Lの目標点数に近いレベルなので、精読・精聴の際、TPOや公式問題集を使うのは問題ないはず。
さて、解き直しても7割か8割の正解であれば、「間違い分析」が足りていないことがスコアが伸び悩んでいる原因だと思う。
問題集を何周するかより、「なぜ間違えたのか」原因をしっかり分析してみよう。
・ 単語やフレーズわからなかった？
→その単語・フレーズを覚えておく、次は正解できるはず。全体的な単語力を強化しよう。
・ 長文が理解できていない？
→どこがうまく理解できていない？関係代名詞とかの使い方のせい？動詞が複数あってどれがどれかわからない？文章を砕いて理解して、苦手な文法知識があればそれも確認しておけば、次回は問題なく理解できるはず。長文読解の強化は多読がおすすめだよ。
・ リスニングで間違えた問題についても、自分の弱点を分析し、それを克服するための対策をしよう！
